Five days of medical and training program coordinated by Med-Ex staff. After the first day devoted to medical check-up, coordinated by Dr. Fred Fernando, was followed another tree days of training. Once the medical data was collected the intensive 5 day training program was ready to begin. The indoor sport activities and treatments took place at the Thermes Marins Montecarlo, coordinated by Med-Ex’s staff with the support of Mme. Christine Zoliec (General Manager of the Thermes). These activities have been chosen to enhance stamina, muscular strength, reaction time, coordination, flexibility and team building, all necessary components for a top driver.
